Do I have to come to an office?

Our Weight Loss Program can be done from the comfort of your home. You can connect with us over your phone or computer. Most medications can be prescribed without coming to our office.

Do you prescribe everyone medicine?

The provider with assess each patient's need and qualification. There are many medications approved for weight loss and can make reaching your goal more achievable. Most patients' choose to take medicine to aid in weight loss, but some do not use medicine in their journey. Partnering with each patient to determine their goals and expectations is our mission.

What if my insurance doesn't cover weight loss medicine?

We are happy to send your medicine to your local pharmacy, but if they are not covered or affordable, we are able to order your medicine from our compounding pharmacies.

What will it cost me to lose weight?

The more important question is "What will I gain when I lose weight?" But we understand everyone has to consider their finances.

$189- the first month includes your first appointment with the Doctor (about 45min) to form a plan, check-ins with our nurses, 1-2 appointments with a nutrition coach (virtual), and a body composition scale
$99/monthly after the first month is charged for telehealth clients.

I decided to cancel my appointment, do you issue refunds?

We issue a credit that is good for any of our services for 6 months. We find people are happy they followed through and made their health a priority. A hair package can not be transferred to another package.

What makes your program more effective than another weight loss program?

Our education, experience, resources, and personalized approach sets our program apart. Our providers and coaches have personally lost weight and kept it off for years. We take an individualistic approach to each client. No one plan or medicine works for everyone. This is our main focus and not just one of the many things we do. We know how to help someone initiate weight loss, keep motivated when it is a struggle, overcome plateaus, and maintain lifelong weight loss and healthier habits.

For skin resurfacing, hair removal, hair restoration, and other laser treatments, we have the latest, most superior technology.

Does insurance cover your services?

Generally insurance does not cover weight loss visits or medication for weight loss. Offices that bill your insurance for these services will likely send you a bill when insurance does not cover it and cost you more than our fees. We take HSA, FSA, Cherry, CareCredit, credit/debit cards, and cash.

I have a lot of weight to lose, can you help me?

Yes. We can help you lose 10 pounds or hundreds of pounds. It will take longer to lose more weight yes, but we are here to support you every step of the way. As long as you stay accountable and meet with us, you WILL get to your goal!

I've had bariatric surgery and have gained weight back, can you help?

It is not uncommon to need help losing weight after weight loss surgery. Our team is well versed in this and know the intricacies associated with bariatric surgery. Even after weight loss surgery, it is imperative to follow up with a team of experts to continue a healthy lifestyle and not regain.
